Who sells to you

BabelBalls is a trade name of TDY.ai, LLC. TDY.ai, LLC sells the balls and runs this website. You can reach us at hello@babelballs.com.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. They are before sales tax and shipping, which checkout adds and shows before you pay. The shipping page has the details.

We accept your order when your payment is complete, and we email you a confirmation. We may cancel an order if a price on the site was wrong or if we cannot print it. If we do, we refund you in full.

What you are buying

Each ball is a genuine Titleist Pro V1 with a BabelBalls design printed on it. You choose the nation. The character on your ball is picked by us, is a surprise, and cannot be chosen. The print is made for normal play and will wear with use.

BabelBalls is an independent brand. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Titleist or Acushnet. Titleist and Pro V1 are trademarks of Acushnet Company.

Shipping and returns

The shipping and returns pages are part of these terms.

Your account

You can make an account with your email address. You choose your own password. Keep it private, because you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site, try to reach parts of it you were not given access to, or copy our artwork and characters.

Our artwork

The characters, artwork and text on this site belong to TDY.ai, LLC.

Our responsibility

We take care with the balls and the site, but we cannot promise the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may change these terms. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
