Returns and refunds

Damaged or wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, write to hello@babelballs.com with your order details and a photo. We will make it right.

Making it right means we send a replacement or refund the order, whichever you would rather have.

Please write as soon as you notice the problem.

If you change your mind

Every ball is printed to order for you, so we cannot take a ball back because you changed your mind.

The character on your ball is a surprise and cannot be chosen, so we also cannot swap a ball for a different character.

Cancelling an order

To cancel, write to us as soon as you can. If your order has not been printed yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

A refund goes back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up.
