Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship anywhere else.

What shipping costs

Shipping is $5.95 per order. It is free when the balls in your cart add up to $75 or more, counted before tax and before any promotion code.

When your order ships

Every ball is printed to order. Printing takes 5 to 7 business days, and your order ships when the printing is done. We email you to confirm the order, and again when it ships, with the carrier and a tracking number.

How long delivery takes after that depends on the carrier and where you live.

Sales tax

The prices on the site are before tax. Checkout works out any sales tax from your shipping address and shows it before you pay, and it is on your receipt. Where a state taxes shipping, the shipping charge is taxed too.

Your address

Please check your address before you pay. If you need to change it afterwards, write to hello@babelballs.com as soon as you can. We will change it if your order has not shipped.

Lost or damaged in the mail

If your order does not arrive, or it arrives damaged or wrong, write to hello@babelballs.com with your order details and, if it is damaged, a photo. We will make it right. There is more on the returns page.
